At Stony Lane Church, we think attending church should be both enjoyable and fulfilling.
When you arrive, there is ample parking in the front of the church. Upon entering, you will be greeted enthusiastically by one of our ushers who will assist you in finding the seat of your choice.
The church service is usually 75-90 minutes in length. Dress is casual. We sing several times through the service. Children, ages 4-10, are dismissed for Children Sunday School around 11. After the sermon, we finish with a closing song and a prayer. We offer nursery care for infants and up. There are two adults present with them at any time. Through the nursery’s glass window, children can directly see their family in the worship hall.
COFFEE HOUR FELLOWSHIP
Following the Worship Service, visitors and church members – everyone – is invited downstairs for food and fellowship. In addition to coffee, tea, and cold drinks, there is always an array of sandwiches, salads, pasta, and desserts laid out for us to enjoy as we visit with one another. We have a great team of people who help to provide the food and work in the kitchen to make sure everything is in order. Once a month we have a Covered Dish lunch, and everyone brings food to share. The informal fellowship has enabled us to get to know one another better, so we consider this time to be very important in growing our body of believers closer together. Come Check us out! We’d love to see you.
MEssage From the Pastor
Good morning,
Welcome to Stony Lane – A City on a Hill, a bible teaching, Christ centered, non-denominational church. I am so glad that you have chosen to worship with us today! I hope you have been blessed. We believe that, as the Bible says in Hebrews 10:25, we must “not forsake the assembling of ourselves together.”
If you feel being led by God to become part of this community of believers and would like to get to know us better, please take a Welcome Packet in the lobby of the church. We offer many opportunities throughout the week for further growth. I hope to be hearing from you and
seeing you soon!
Rick Bringhurst,
Pastor

we believe
- The Holy Bible is the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of The Living God.
- There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- The Lord is the Creator of all things in heaven and on earth; all things have been created through Him and for Him (Colossians 1:16; Genesis 1).
- In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
- That for salvation of lost and sinful men and women, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
- In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by who’s indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
- In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost—they who are saved unto resurrection life and they who are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
- In the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
